Nala Taxi has introduced an exciting new in-house competition called the "Team Event Promo," designed to engage and motivate its drivers.
The event, which is exclusive to Nala Taxi drivers, will see five teams, each comprising 10 drivers, compete to complete the highest number of trips booked through the Nala Taxi app and center trips.
The team with the most trips at the end of the month will walk away with the grand prize of MVR 5,000. But the rewards don’t stop there—other prizes include a night fishing trip, a team dinner or lunch, and a relaxing getaway to a nearby island.
This initiative aims to foster teamwork among drivers while encouraging them to maximize their productivity. The "Team Event Promo" is expected to create a sense of camaraderie and healthy competition within the Nala Taxi community.
Drivers are eagerly preparing for the challenge, which kicks off February 1, 2025. Nala Taxi hopes the event will not only boost driver morale but also enhance service quality for its customers.
